National Fertilizers Limited, Nangal Unit, Naya Nangal invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following posts in the Pay Scale of Rs.4550-80-5670 plus other perks/allowance as per rules of the Company: -

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01.01.2007 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for Physical Handicapped candidates) and for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India Directives.

Note : Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation and person who wants to avail of benefit of reservation should submit a “Disability Certificate” issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format.

For claiming the benefit of SC, ST & OBC category, the candidate should submit a copy of the original Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer, in the Performa prescribed by Govt. of India. Further, for claiming the benefit of OBC, the Caste Certificate in the Prescribed Proforma to be submitted would among other specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons/sections (creamy layer) as mentioned in Column 3 of the Schedule to the Govt. of India, Deptt. of Personnel & Training O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 09.08.1993.

The post carry the benefit of DA, Employees Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension under Employees Pension Scheme- 1995, Leave Encashment, Housing/HRA facilities, Production Incentive, Coverage under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Medical Facilities and other Perks/Allowances etc. as per rules of the Company.

SELECTION METHOD:

  In case the number of applications received is very large, Management may at its discretion conduct a common written test to short-list candidates. No TA will be paid for appearing the written test. The candidates so short-listed will be called for interview for which reimbursement of to and fro single 2 nd Class Rail/Bus fare from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of interview by the shortest route will be allowed on production of necessary proof provided the distance is not less than 30 Kms. The selected candidates before joining will be required to get Medical Fitness Certificate from Civil Surgeon/CMO of Civil/NFL's Hospital and also subject to verification of character & Antecedents from the concerned District Authorities. The selected candidates on joining can be posted in any Office/Unit/Division of NFL in India with initial posting at Nangal.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Minimum 2 years experience for Chartered Accountant/Cost & Works Accountant in a responsible position dealing with Accounting and financial matters.

iv) Law Officer : Professional Degree in Law (LLB) of a recognized University with atleast 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST). Candidates having passed Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws will be preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Practicing Lawyer, should be well versed with Civil Laws.

v) Microbiologist : M.Sc. with specialized study in Microbiology with atleast 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) from a recognized University. However, preference will be given to those having PHD/Doctorate in Science (D.Sc.) in related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in a responsible position in a reputed Bio-Fertilizer Plant.
