1. Pharmacist Gr.V 02 (Un-reserved) Diploma in Pharmacy with 1 st Division (60% marks) (50% marks for SC/ST candidates) from recognized Institute and must be registered as a Pharmacist with the State Medical Council. Diploma must be recognized by Govt. of India.

                      *Out of total 53 vacancies, 8 are reserved for Ex-servicemen/dependent of those                       killed/ severely disabled in action. Vacancies reserved for Ex-servicemen and                       Physically Handicapped will be filled as per Govt. of India Directives and those                       selected against reserved posts will be placed in appropriate category i.e.                       SC/OBC/UR depending upon category to which they belong.

                      Age Limit:

                      Minimum 18, Maximum 30 years as on 30.11.2006 ( relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC                       and 10 years for Physically Handicapped) and for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India Directives.

The posts carry the benefit of DA, Employees' Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension under Employees' Pension Scheme - 1995, Leave Encashment, Housing/HRA facilities, Production Incentive, Coverage under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, Medical Facilities and other Perks/Allowances etc. as per rules of the Company.

SELECTION METHOD :

 

In case the number of applications received is very large, Management may at its discretion conduct a common written test to short-list candidates. No TA will be paid for appearing in the written test. The Candidates so short-listed will be called for interview for which reimbursement of to and fro single 2nd Class Rail/Bus fare from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of interview by the shortest route will be allowed on production of necessary proof provided the distance is not less than 30 kms. The selected candidates before joining will be required to get Medical Fitness Certificate from Civil Surgeon/CMO of Civil /NFL's Hospital and also subject to verification of character & Antecedents from the concerned District Authorities. The selected candidates on joining can be posted in any Office/Unit/Division of NFL in India with initial posting at Panipat.

 

General Instructions:-

DEGREE OF DISABILITY FOR RESERVATION:

Only such persons would be eligible for reservation to the posts who suffer from not less then 40% of relevant disability. A person who wants to avail the benefit of reservation for disabled person would have to submit a Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed Format.

Hearing impairment means loss of sixty decibels or more in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies.

Locomoter disability means disability of bones, joints or muscles leading to substantial restriction of the movement of the limbs or any form of cerebral palsy.

Low vision means a Person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.

For claiming the benefit of SC, OBC category, the candidate should submit a copy of the original Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer, in the Performa prescribed by Govt. of India. Further, for claiming the benefit of OBC, the Caste Certificate in the Prescribed Proforma to be submitted would among other specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons/sections (creamy layer) as mentioned in Column 3 of the Schedule to the Govt. of India, Deptt. of Personnel & Training O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt (SCT) dated 09.08.1993.

Candidates working in Govt. Deptts. /Public Sector Undertakings are required to apply through proper channel.

Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria should send their typed/hand written applications on plain paper in Hindi or English language duly signed with date along with attested copies of the certificates/testimonials and affixing a passport size photograph thereon showing post applied for, name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, sex, marital status, present & permanent address, qualification indicating examinations passed, university/board, marks obtained/percentage of marks/division, subjects taken, training & experience, whether belongs to SC/ST/OBC/physically handicapped/Ex-serviceman (if yes, give details) to Dy. General Manager(HR), National Fertilizers Limited, Gohana Road, Panipat – 132 106 (Haryana) by post so as to reach on or before 30.11.2006. Incomplete applications/applications received late will not be entertained.  

The Management reserve the right to call for Written Test/Interview only those candidates who in its opinion are likely to be suitable and will not entertain any correspondence from candidates in respect of their applications. In case, no intimation is received by the Candidate within a period of 90 days from the last date of receipt of his/her application, it should be presumed that his/her application was not considered.

Canvassing in any form is liable to render the candidate ineligible for any of the above posts.

While applying, the applicant must ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respect. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment process or even after appointment that he or she has furnished incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact, his / her candidature will stand cancelled and appointment will liable to be terminated forthwith.
