The Authorization No. HMC/BTI/200-08/R-3347 dated 3-1-2006 granted by Punjab Pollution
Control Board under Rule 5 of Hazardous Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1989 as
amended in 2003 to operate a facility for collection and storage of hazardous waste within thepremises of NFL Bathinda, is renewed by the Punjab Pollution Control Board up to 18-12-2010.
All the hazardous wastes as mentioned above are stored within the factory premises in earmarked areas and sold to the vendors approved by the Pollution Control Board.
It is further informed that the display board is installed at the main gate of factory showing thequantity and nature of hazardous wastes in factory premises & the data up-dated on regular basis.
